Do you really need a step 1? Pick up your friend, throw him/her in the wood chipper (naked) and drink the box of beer!
Another very simple Achievement.
Round all four characters into cabin #2.
Strip off all your characters clothes via the dresser on the left.
Locate all four records. Two are located in cabin #1. One is located in cabin the large log cabin, and the final one is located in the washroom.
Bring all the records to the record player in cabin #1 and play them. Despite what the achievement says, it is not enough to just collect them.
Special thanks to Shrimp on the barbie for the hint to play the records. Apologies for lack of screen shot locations they were erased from my hard drive.
*edit* For the second record located in cabin #1 you are required to complete Lakeview Cabin III once. Ref Beat Lakeview Cabin III / And that’s how it’s done below.
Bring two characters to the large cabin that is under construction.
Enter the cabin, use the first door on the right, pick up the toolbox and drop it twice, on the second drop a hammer will fall out. Pick it up.
Proceed to the second floor via the door on the left and repair the floor so you may cross, exit through the center door.
Crank up the crate.
Move to the end of the dock (the scythe will also work for the achievement) and pick up the axe.
Follow steps 1-5 of The Corpse Grinders.
Murder your friends. Two hits only, if you go axe happy they wont come back.
Toss ’em into the drink.
As brought to my attention by Soop-Om, with the new updates it may be necessary to turn Lighting Effects On at the title screen to allow this Achievement to pop.
Follow steps 1-5 of The Corpse Grinders.
Pick up the axe and bring it to the outhouse on the far right of the map.
Chop open the left door, sit on the pot and take a nice juicy crunch. The teddy will fall.
Bring the teddy to an easily accessible spot.
If your intention is to also kill the killers, I suggest close to the cabin under construction, as this grants you the ability to drop the crate atop the first killer before they get the bear.
Kill off one character, this is not necessary, but it will make it easier to character swap.
Bring two characters to the log cabin with the zip line. Leave one just to the right of the weather vain.
Take your other character to the second floor and stand next to the zip line. Pro tip, there is a flashlight just inside the cabin to the left, turn it on and leave just outside the door so you can see what you are doing.
The first killer will always enter the camp from the left, take your third character and leave them on the porch of the log cabin. This will be your bait character.
Once you hear the sound of doors opening and closing get ready to move. If you are too far to the right, the killer will enter the log cabin and kill your zip line character.
Run like ♥♥♥♥ and pass your second character that is just to the right of the weather vane, when the killer is about to stop (this is very tight timing as his attack is fast) slide down the zip line. With some luck and skill, this will be a one hit kill.
This is pretty self-explanatory, beat the game. It can be rather difficult if you don’t experiment with the weapons and items you have, in place of a step by step I will just explain what worked for me. There are other guides that specify on the killing that may be more detailed then what I have here.
I first went through the steps of Corpse Grinders 1-5 to gain access to the axe.
Then I got the shotgun and two shells which can be accessed by;
— getting the gold key from cabin #2 (or from a sock) as well as a shotgun shell out of the center dresser on the third search
— heading to the large log cabin’s second floor and entering the right door (which the key has opened)
— going downstairs to the room directly below you and breaking open the crate with a hammer or axe to find your second shell
I then proceeded to enter cabin #1 and take the guitar. This will stun the first killer. It’s very simple, hit with the guitar, drop the guitar, pick up the axe, hit him once, drop the axe, and pick up the guitar. You will want to just keep chopping him while he is on the ground, but I’ve found more often than not he will just knock you down and take the axe if you go in for a second strike.
Alternatively you may also want to just get the teddy bear by following Reunited though, if you go axe happy it is possible to break the teddy bear. Though the advantage to doing this is that the first killer will be distracted if the second killer decides to come after you.
For the second killer, I used both shots from the shotgun and then simply lured him under the suspended crate and dropped it.
At this point soft music will play, you’ve made it, and with any luck you have your dog with you. With even MORE luck, all your friends. Head right. The End.
Bring him to the second floor of the large log cabin.
