This cheat is called ExtraReality and was made by unsafe (from UC). It’s one of the only cheats currently working on this shitty bf2 mod and probably it’s still gonna work on PR:WW2.
1) Start Project Reality normally
2) Start the cheat when you are in-game or in the main menu
3) The cheat window will close itself and you should see a watermark («ExtraReality») in the upper-left corner.
I also encourage you to read the READ_ME.txt file which contains important information.

Hey dude i wanna ask you if you can make the spotting distance bigger so you can see across the 4km maps would be awesome it feel little bugged right now

MD5 checksum does not match! viirusiiseli replaced ExtraRealty.exe with a malicious version don’t download this!

Virustotal will always flag cheat programs as malware because they «memory hack» the game and it’s similar to the behaviour of a virus for example.
Also some cheat coders like to pack their cheat so it doesn’t get reverse engineered too easily, this is also very supicious for antivirus but it’s only a heuristical alert.
So you are either misinformed and have no clue about how file hashing works or you are one of those cancer gay admins from PRTA/SSG trying to prevent people from downloading the cheat. Ridiculous attempt, anyways the fact you used a big bold font to spread your fake alert proves it very well.
If ppl want, I can make a video of me downloading the cheat and running it on my computer to prove them it’s safe.
