Они обнаружили восхитительный нетронутый пруд со здоровой рыбой, а также нашли рад-оленей, которые были удивительно неагрессивны. Поскольку они привели с собой браминов, то начали создавать для них загон. Один из поселенцев-одиночек обнаружил скрытую пещеру и устроил лагерь внутри. К сожалению, все они были убиты болотниками, захватившими остров. В результате великолепный Спектакл-Айлэнд ждёт, что какая-то смелая душа решит выйти и снова очистить остров. возможно это вы?
Рука Hozsa видна в совершенно новых мешах трехэтажного дома с балконом, с которого открывается вид на океан. Он также завершил мост, который соединяет Спектакл-Айлэнд с материком в районе фермы Уорвиков и Разбитой «Северной звезды». Творчество Jenncave проявляется в добавлении декоративных предметов и многих изменений, которые помогают оживить остров.

**** 8/5/2017 It’s been awhile since I have played Fallout and apologize that the update never made it on here. I will leave this file up for people who still have it installed but as of right now Snap N Build is no longer available on the Nexus. I have upgraded my system and reinstalled Windows so I lost all of my Fallout mods so unfortunately I will no longer be upgrading this settlement due to its dependence on Snap N Build. Thanks to everyone who downloaded****
Snap N Build is back on the nexus. I haven’t tested the newest version with this blueprint so I can’t say if it is working or not. Version 1.9 is still available for download so if there are issues with items not showing up I suggest using the older version.
This can be considered a WIP as I am constantly adding to this settlement. This settlement is built on Spectacle island using Spectacle Island Reborn by greekrage. Currently I have built 5 buildings. The buildings included are Diner with food/Drink vendor, Building 1 with and Armor and Clothing merchant on the first floor, 2nd floor 1br apartment, and 2 additional bedrooms/rental rooms on the third floor. Building 2 includes a gun shop and a bar on the first floor, 2nd floor includes 3 hotel and the 3rd and 4th floor have an additional 2 hotel rooms on each floor. Fully stocked Greenhouse. The final building is more of a shell then anything. It surrounds the entrance to the basement workshop in the center of the town. I have also done a small amount of furnishing in the bed & breakfast including electricity and lighting. The small gift shop next to the bed & breakfast has been furnished also with a trader shop inside.

This is my personal playthrough settlement and I use a lot of mods so bear with me on the list. The required mods are all that is needed to have the buildings minus the decorations, furniture etc. I would however recommend installing all the mods on this list in order to have a complete install of the settlement and to avoid any issues with missing content.
***Update 1.0b*** ( New Mods in this update. Scroll down to see the list of required and recommended files to see what has changed. Far Harbor also required now )
3 new buildings! Medical Center, Municipal Building, and Barber. Medical Center with Pharmacy and Surgical Chair. Municipal building with Tax Collector and Post Office on the first floor and 2nd floor police station although I’m not that crazy about the police station. I may end up doing something else on the second floor and building a police station elsewhere. Barber with Barber chair on the first floor. Second floor of Barber is empty right now. Small changes made to the original buildings. I would recommend Nuking the settlement first before installing the new version. Just be sure to grab all your stuff you have in boxes, containers etc. before importing the new version.

This is just my personal tweaks to Spectacle Island thought some of you would like them too. Nothing to crazy just a few simple tweaks.
Version 1.3 is finally here.
* I have rebuilt the hotel on the corner of the island
* Added another dock
* Added 120 Power Fuse Box on the house and gave it a large radius it should cover the house and area close by for passive power to lights and so on.
* Re-worked the Nav-Mesh should be much better.
* Changed the far end of the island to work with my new mod a Warwick Homestead a Bridge to SpectacleIsland
* A few extras that I hope you will enjoy.

If you Downloaded ver. 1.1 please update now to avoid issues in game.
FIXED Vault Console Script error that cause Vault Consoles to no longer work.
Removed some floating grass I noticed after the last update.
Update Version 1.1
Added a rowboat between South Boston (The Castel) and the Spectacle Island for those who asked for it.
Added a little more noise to the terrain so its not so flat.
Changed the Navmesh to try and avoid some glitches in the map.
I noticed a small area of floating grass I will delete or fix it in the next update (sorry for that)
I flattened some / most of the Island but left the area’s with the workbench and structures alone so not to interfere with the radio quest on the back of the island.
I have raised some terrain to add more buildable space to the island but left the hotel and greenhouse intact so that this mode can be used with modes that rebuild or replace the hotel.
I added a fast travel fishing boat between Spectacle Island and Egret Tours Marina, nice to have if your playing in survival mode, and it doesn’t interfere with the cell so you can still use your favorite Egret Tours mod’s.
Future plans for this mod are not clear at the moment.
I may add some more locations to the Fishing boat or I may make the Fishing boat a separate mod later if I have time.
I am considering replacing the hotel on the island but I have not decided normally I do it in-game.
If you have any issues just let me know and I will see what I can do; and as always if you have any suggestions feel free to share.

This is a Lore Friendly restoration of the Spectacle Island Bed and Breakfast. The old place weathered well due to Mirelurks keeping people away.
Ok the CK has gone into open beta so we have been busy updating all the Rebuilds to fix known issues and fully fix some issues that were incomplete. Navmesh was the biggest culprit in the series by far, but it was NOT all that we addressed. With that in mind, for this release (and most likely from now on if it’s useful) I will provide a Change Log on each mods page. Check it and if you know of an issue we missed send me a PM or post it in the comments and it will get included in the next release. Please take note that the «Real» glass in the windows got pushed to the next release since I am the slowest person on the planet with NifScope and did not want to have you guys wait another month for CK fixes since some of them were so pressing.

New member of the Rebuilt Team. robboten has joined us as the resident Mesh and Texture expert and the nice new doorway out to the new porch at Croup Manor is his premier to modding. Do please welcome him and his work. He does things neither Lapdragon nor I can’t even think about with image resources. He is busy working on some new parts for the kits we use on these Rebuilt mods to make the whole thing nicer.
Newsflash! The Fully Restored version is up! This completes the Bed and Breakfast and IMHO is still lore friendly. Only use one version, but in my opinion the Fully Restored is the absolute best one I have done in this series. Dont Forget you can go to Rebuilt Series Prewar Houses site and get the All in One version to have all the Rebuilt series in one esp.
This is a large one people. I didn’t do this one alone. lapdragon collaborated on this one with me and brought formal Architecture training to the table. The structure and me are both glad he did. 🙂
NEWSFLASH! gandalftw has fixed the window texture so that we get clean glass for ALL the rebuilt. A side effect of the fix is that he has restored a huge portion of the glass in the game. Its my understanding that he is going to put it up as a mod and when he does I will add a link. Its included in this mod and will work everywhere once its in place. Please don’t forget to thank him for doing this since its just something lapdragon and myself could not do.
Some Details.
1. This uses only vanilla parts to restore the mansion.
2. The locking doors that all my «Rebuilts» get does not go into the Lore version. So Initial release is Lore on this one and no locking doors. Version 1.0 of fully rebuilt will have them.
3. Lapdragon implemented his Container Fix in this esp so the Vanilla containers are safe storage.
4. I did NOTHING to the island that would change the Story behind the Mansion.
5. You can fast travel from inside the mansion. If you place the fast travel target inside the house in build mode you can fast travel into the mansion also.
IMPORTANT:
1. In order to have your Power Armor not reset go and get Buildable Power Armor Frames by Lapdragon. Read his description for instructions but basically it allows you to fix your Power Armor so that it wont reset to T45 if you leave it in a changed Cell. You MUST use this mod or one that does the same thing to prevent your Power Armor from reverting back to the T45 stuff. This is an Engine bug that we can only work around until Bethesda fixes it. It is triggered by changing a cells data, and in order to make the Mansion nice I had to make changes.
2. You need the following in your fallout 4 INI file to fix the sprint bug.

I made a little video to better see the island,
but, all the builded stuffs are NOT in my mod, it’s just an exemple of what you can build on my island,

So, a new island is raised near the castle, you’ll find some gifts and a workbench to construct your own paradise.
you’ll find the location on your pipboy around the castle and you can travel direct to this paradise.
but, take care and be prepared, most often the nice places are occupied by nasty owners, you’ll needing to gain the acces of course.
you also can acces by the soil, i maded an passage way for the pedestrians wanderers
I let this island as empty that it’s possible, to let you totaly free to make what you desire, i think it’s enough spacious for a nice place to live.
i had drawn all the navmeshes that be useful.
no dlc are needed, as my other mod, i make them totaly without other mods or dlc, had just used the fallout4.esm.
you’re free to delete my welcoming commitee with the CK if ever you don’t like it. but it can be boring without 🙂
for those who encounter the can’t sprint problem, add this in your fallout4.ini :
Under the [gameplay] section in fallout4.ini (my documents/my games/fallout4/)

As suggested by GreekRage, i made twin islands,
the main island hasn’t change a lot, to preserving your previous builds, just a little bit changed the beach borders, only less grass, and the landscape underwater, for better viewing with more kelp and better slopes where it was possible.
It increases a lot your build space,
as previously, i hadn’t put any builds like bridges or something like it, to let you totally free to do what YOU want.

i think i found the solution (maybe, i hope, lol), just had needs to set workshop in the encounter zone form, wasn’t set automatically, don’t know why, had tested, sended a new settler from another location, she came and assigned herself to farming, so i think it’s good now for the new settlers, haven’t see the supply line coming yet, but it can take a little bit time i guess.
